Peach Burrata Salad with Candied Jalapeños

I'm loving all the peaches right now. This peach, heirloom tomato and burrata salad topped with candied jalapeños is out of this world in flavor! Perfect for those summer nights when you don't really feel like cooking. Real, delicious food can come together so simply.




Ingredients:

  • Sliced peaches

  • Sliced tomatoes

  • Burrata

  • Fresh basil

  • Olive oil

  • Celtic sea salt

  • Freshly ground black pepper

  • Candied Jalapeños

Instructions for Candied Jalapeños:


Slice 4-5 jalapeños and add to a jar. Next simmer 1 cup honey, a tablespoon of apple cider vinegar and a pinch of Celtic sea salt in a pot over medium to low heat. Then pour over sliced jalapeños. Add lid and shake to mix. Let sit for 30 minutes.


Note: Remove seeds and ribs from jalapeños if you don't want them to be too spicy.
